Gain a powerboat qualification that is recognised worldwide. This is a three day course teaching you how to deliver powerboat training up to level 2 (National Powerboat Certificate). For candidates that already hold the Safety Boat qualification, successful completion of this course also enables you to also teach the safety boat course. Skills gained are presentation skills, Instruction skills, assessment skills, communication skills and briefing/de-briefing skills.
A RYA powerboat Instructor qualification lasts for five years, RYA training is ran in over 23 countries worldwide, RYA Powerboat instructors can also work in Irish Sailing Association training centres as the qualification is accepted by the ISA Training department as an equivalent.

- Required Experience: Crisp Level 2 Powerboat Skills to demonstrate to students. RYA Powerboat Instructor Skills Assessment, National Powerboat Certificate (Level 2) and First Aid certificate (including hypothermia and resuscitation).
